Which ports does Vessel Core cover?
Vessel Core is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and reviews RFQs from vessels calling at ports across eight countries: Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Poland and the Netherlands. Select a country on the map to see the ports its regional page already lists as RFQ delivery context.
This is a map of where requests are reviewed, not a shipping timetable. It carries no lead time, no carrier and no guaranteed route — those are set once a specific RFQ, vessel and port are on the table.
Estonia
Traffic here is sorted by harbour rather than by city: the Old City Harbour for passenger and ro-pax calls, Muuga for cargo, a second cargo harbour at Paldiski, and a passenger harbour on Saaremaa.

The port decides more than the part
Every regional page makes this point in its own way. Three examples:
“The harbour named in an enquiry decides more about the movement than the component does.”Estonia page →
“A ship's place on that map decides everything about a handover.”Germany page →
“Which one the ship lies in moves the routing more than the part does.”Netherlands page →

Does this map show delivery routes or shipping schedules?
No. It shows the countries and ports each regional page already lists as RFQ delivery context. It carries no carrier, no transit time and no guaranteed route — those are set once a specific RFQ, vessel and port are reviewed.
Is Vessel Core based in all of these countries?
No. Vessel Core OÜ is based in Tallinn, Estonia. The other seven countries are areas the company reviews RFQs for, not additional offices or warehouses.
What if my port is not shown on the map?
A port not shown here does not rule a request in or out by itself. Send the RFQ with the vessel's actual port and ETA, and it is reviewed on that basis.
