    After the online form is accepted, this page displays an RFQ reference. Include it in follow-up emails and when sending additional files.

  2. Technical review

    The Vessel Core technical procurement desk reviews the submitted data. Missing identification details are not replaced with assumptions; clarification may be requested.

  3. RFQ-specific response

    Any response applies only to the specific RFQ. Availability, price, lead time, documentation and delivery terms are confirmed only when stated separately in writing.
