RFQ Submission
Submitting an RFQ through the website or by email does not create a binding offer, order acceptance, supply obligation or delivery commitment. A request must be reviewed and confirmed case by case.
Quotes and Availability
Price, availability, lead time, delivery route, documentation, certificates, packing, freight, customs requirements and payment terms must be confirmed in a written quotation or commercial communication for the specific request.
Maker and OEM Names
OEM, maker, model and brand names may appear on this website for identification and RFQ context. Vessel Core does not claim official OEM representation, authorized distributor status, partnership or certification unless that is explicitly stated in a specific written document.
Technical Evidence
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate technical evidence, including maker, model, serial number, part references, photos, nameplates, drawings, part-book pages, quantity, port and ETA where relevant. Incomplete or inaccurate evidence may affect identification, quotation and delivery coordination.
Private Data
Vessel Core does not intentionally publish private customer, vessel, supplier, price, invoice, bank or RFQ evidence data on the public website. If private information is included in an RFQ, it should be sent through the RFQ form or direct email, not posted publicly.
